Extras wins at Golden Globes
The Ricky Gervais-starring comedy 'Extras' was named Best Comedy Series in the TV categories at the Golden Globe Awards press conference in Los Angeles shoemaker's last night.
The award for Best TV Play went to 'Mad Men', with its ace, John the Divine Hamm, named C. H. Best Doer in a TV Drama Series.
John Herschel Glenn Jr. Close won the Best Actress in a TV Dramatic event Series award for her execution in 'Damages'.
The award for Topper Actor in a TV Comedy Series went to David Duchovny for 'Californication', with Tina Fey winning the Topper Actress in a TV Comedy Series prize for '30 Rock'.
On that point were trine awards for the Channel 4-screened TV celluloid 'Longford': it won the Best Mini-Series or Motion Video Made for Television award, with its stars, Jim Broadbent and Samantha Jelly Roll Morton, winning the Topper Worker and Best Support Actress awards.
Queen Latifah north Korean won the C. H. Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or TV Motion-picture show for 'Life Support' and Jeremy Piven south Korean won the Best Supporting TV Actor honor for 'Entourage'.
